  Awful service. Would not even give on star if possible.
  Really regret coming here. Was going to go next door after reading Google review but got them mixed up. That's what happens when you try to help small businesses and they don't even deserve it. Will go back to bigger chains in the future and get cheaper price and better service. Absolutely waste of time.
  
  Brought my car in to get a quote to change a flat tyre. This sales rep Daniel without telling me anything tells his colleague to take my flat tyre inside before I even agreed the job or found out the price. Then told me he has to order the tyre and will call me when done and urged me out of the store. No explanation given and didn't seem to want to talk. He didn't even look at the flat tyre and told me I need a new one. I told him I needed wheel alignment done as well.
  
  They held my wheel in ransom so I had no choice but to go back. I think it's a tactic they use to stop you from leaving. At the time I thought no point arguing as long as they get the job done. I was wrong.
  
  Of course I never got the call and I have to call at 4pm. They said they were too busy to call me. When I got back they said it will be done in half an hour but half an hour later they Haven't even touched my car. started arguing how I got there late and that I only waited 10 mins etc. Then they told me they couldn't do my wheel alignment as it's too late.
  
  Now I only have half a job done and have to waste another day. Good luck to you if you want to give them your money.
  
  Not sure why others would call this joint friendly. Did not see one staff smile in the whole time i was there.
  
  Absolutely rubbish.
