  Negative feedback, pathetic manager (a white thin girl, wearing a black T-shirt) don’t have any knowledge of hospitality and customer service. Just throwing away the orders at the customers in drive thru.

  I went through the drive through for ice-cream and husband had fries. It was just a snack, but I did notice my reaction as I saw the restaurant area. I thought that actually looks clean and welcoming. The ice-cream and small fries tasted fresh, and fries were perfectly cooked

  Hi every Saturday morning I take my dogs to the park and go to west Ryde McDonald’s for a coffee and a small chips. I am always greeted bye a lovely girl with a name I always forget and for the last couple of Saturdays I have not been served bye her or seen her as regularly, I miss seeing her and me and my doggies miss her lovely aroma. God bless you lovely people

  I recently used McDonald's West Ryde's delivery service to order food, and I must tell that it was a great experience!
  
  The delivery was first and foremost prompt and on time. When it comes to fast food, it is always a plus when the meal is hot and fresh. My item came complete and in good shape thanks to the courteous and pleasant delivery person.
  
  The packaging was done effectively, with the various products properly separated to prevent any mixing or spilling. I value the attention to detail because it improved the experience as a whole.
  
  Let's now discuss the actual food. The flavour and quality of food at McDonald's West Ryde have always been consistent, and this delivery was no different. The beverages were cool, the fries were crispy and tasty, and the burgers were juicy and flavourful. It was perfect in every way!
  
  In addition, I like to praise their user-friendly and simple to use online ordering system. It made placing the order simple, and I valued the many personalisation possibilities that were offered.
  
  Overall, I heartily endorse the delivery service offered by McDonald's West Ryde. The promptness, pleasant delivery personnel, excellent packing, and delicious food all played a part in making the experience wonderful. I'll definitely be placing more orders from them in the future!

  SHAME McDonalds - West Ryde; I ordered & paid for a Toastie (ham & cheese) + Coffee on Saturday 1st April 2023 @ 08:03 (no this not a joke). While waiting at the counter the supervisor approached me in front of other customers where she informed me that I had to leave because they did not allow pets in their restaurants. I politely pointed out the "Service Dog" vest and the attached Identification tag's on both the the vest and collar (see pic below) and stated he is an Assistance/Service Animal and under the Disability Anti-Discrimination Act Section 9 you are not allowed to refuse entry. The supervisor repeated the same refusal by changing the references to be 'dog' or 'pet'. I showed the wallet Identification for my dog and was still told to leave. It was only when another customer stated that I was right and they could not refuse entry that the manager turned to look at him then again at me, with no apology or care she turned around and walked off. I posted the experience on Facebook and eventually a comment was left by "McDonalds" to contact them via email which I did. They (McDonalds) haven't responded after more than 24 hours. After sending the email/giving a feedback report. Its difficult enough coping with PTSD, but to have to argue your rights to have your assistance dog with you is disgusting. I would have thought that after the Facebook comment McDonalds would be keen to resolve the situation, I was wrong. Not only was their actions unlawful but exhibited complacency as well as arrogance.
