  wonderful service. pharm went out of his way to print me extra instructions about my medication and gave me an extra receipt -reminded me that I MIGHT be able to claim on my health fund "it's worth a shot" but he wasn't 100% sure.. and he was right!

  Excellent Customer Service - There was a price discrepancy with a product that I must admit did inconvenience me quite a bit. However, from the phone call I made up to the resolution, when I went back to the store, the issue was handled with care and professionalism. Thank you to Christine, the pharmacist who assisted me over the phone and then thereafter Sarah the retail manager who resolved the issue with respect and thoughtful consideration. Although there have been pricing errors in the past, I will continue to shop at this pharmacy because the team do actually care about the customer’s experience and I do believe them when they assured me that they will endeavour to improve this aspect of their trading. Thank you very much team for your efforts and for your customer care!

  You can't put a price on service, which is where this pharmacy excels. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel truly cared for. Martin may have a serious-looking face but he will look after you with alarming efficiency and trademark dry humour
